Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the interior design team across multiple projects
- Review design concepts, layouts, and technical drawings
- Coordinate closely with sales, site teams, and contractors
- Ensure design quality,timelines, and execution standards are met
- Mentor senior and junior designers
Key Requirements
- Strong skills in Design Management and Interior Design for organizing and executing end-to-end interior design projects
- Proficiency in Construction Drawings and Architecture to interpret and produce high-quality design plans
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and leadership skills
- Solid understanding of construction detailing and materials
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Experience in residential renovation is a strong advantage
Key Competencies
- Minimum 8–10 years experience in interior design / renovation
- Bachelor’s degree inInterior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Ability tocollaborate with clients, contractors, and team members effectively
- Knowledge of theinterior design and construction industry in Malaysia
- Proficiency indesign software tools is an added advantage
