Digital Marketing Executive
We are looking for a Digital Marketer who understands both strategy and execution. This role responsible include planning digital initiatives, supporting campaign execution, analysing performance, and collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and maintain content calendars across digital platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, andInstagram
- Coordinate with designers and videographers to execute marketing campaigns and content series
- Support the execution of paid digital advertising (Meta / Google) in collaboration with the team
- Monitor and analyse the performance of content and campaigns (reach, engagement, leads, conversions)
- Ensure consistent brand tone and messaging across organic and paid digital channels
- Assist in planning and executing campaigns for brand awareness, promotions, recruitment, and special initiatives
- Support basic website or landing page content updates in coordination with internal teams
Key Requirements
You do not need to master every tool, but should be familiar with:
- Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager
- Google Ads (basic understanding issufficient)
- Canva and/or Figma (for reviewing orlight content preparation)
- Google Analytics / GA4 (basicreporting and performance awareness)
- Excel / Google Sheets (planning,tracking, and reporting)
Experience with content calendars, ad dashboards, or reporting sheets is a strong advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and how different content formats perform on each
- Ability to translate marketing strategy into clear briefs, timelines, and execution plans
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret results and optimise future campaigns
Key Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) for website or landing page updates
- Exposure to EDM / email marketing platforms (campaigns, newsletters, basic automation) is a plus
- Basic experience with CRM systems for lead tracking, segmentation, or campaign follow-up is an advantage
- Knowledge of the interior design,renovation, or property industry is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong organisational skills with good time management and attention to detail
- Creative, structured, and solution-oriented approach to problem solving
